One machine, one pair of hands.
Sew True is a one-person shop. Fabric gets picked a bolt at a time, cut on the grain, pressed, sewn and photographed on the same front door you see in every picture.
That's the whole operation, and it's why the numbers are small and the drops are dated.

Returns
Every piece is final sale. No returns and no exchanges. Each bow is cut and sewn by hand for this drop and never remade, so there is nothing to swap it for and nothing to put back on the shelf.
If a piece turns up damaged or is not what the listing said it was, that is a different matter: email us within 7 days with a photograph and we will put it right. The full terms.

How fast does it ship
Will it live outside
Yes, under a covered porch. Cotton fades in direct desert sun, so bring it in if the door faces west and it's July.
Can I hang it on something other than a door
The strap fits a wreath hanger, a stair rail, a mailbox post, a truck grille and the back of a chair at a party. The mini also clips into hair.
Custom orders
Sometimes, between drops, if the fabric still exists. Ask.
Care
Spot clean, cool iron on the tails, never the machine.
